The engine is a 2008 E-One purchased through Heritage Fire Equipment. It was specially built for the City of Decherd Fire and Rescue Department. It has a 1500 gallon per minute Hale single stage pump with a 1000 gallon water tank. It is equipped with a class A foam system. The unit was purchased fully loaded with all necessary equipment.

1999 E-One Freightliner This pumper is the starship of the fleet with a Cummins Diesel and a 1250 GPM Hale pump. It carries a 1000 gallon poly tank and all of the necessary equipment it can. The 5 man cab is an asset to the Department on out of town calls. The top mount pump panel allows the operator to view the scene for more safety.

1996 Chevrolet Step Van with a 18' box This is our equipment van that supports all Department operations. This vehicle carries all personal turnout gear and self-contained breathing apparatus. It carries a fully stocked medical kit, oxygen supplies, A.E.D, backboard. It carries supplies for Hazmat response, such as absorbent pads and tubes. It carries extra foam and oil dry. We carry spare air tanks for the SCBA. Rescue ropes and harnesses are also carried. Hand lights and a portable generator and scene lights.

207 Nissan Pathfinder This is used to transport members to out-of-town calls and also to schools. We also use it for general purpose such as picking up supplies and other duties that the Fire Department does. It is fully equipped for emergency response.
This 2012 model Kenworth 3000 gallon pumper/tender has a 1000 gpm Darley pump. This vehicle was made available by a grant from the AFG grant program from the Federal Goverment and the Decherd City Board.
