| Jack Powers
Mr. Powers was an Alderman for the City of Decherd from 1999 till 2009. His ten years of service to the City of Decherd helped assist Decherd to move forward. He was a well know manager and co-worker at local factories and like by all his friends and followers.
We thank Mr. Powers for his service with Decherd and assistance.

| Mrs. Betty Don Henshaw
Mrs. Henshaw was a long time business owner in Franklin County and the Mayor for the City of Decherd for 13 years from 1999 till 2012, when she had to resign for health issues. A lot of chnages took place in Decherd during Mrs. Henshaw's terms as Mayor. Decherd begin to grow in businesses.
The City of Decherd appreciates her devotion to the City and her service.

| Mrs. Delethia Jones
A long time member of the Planning Commission. She taught school in Franklin County for many years and lived in Decherd. Her husband was on the Volunteer Fire Department for a half century and she supported him and the City.

| Ed Jones (Big Ed as known by the firemen, or BRO as known by others) was a member of the Decherd Fire Department for more than 50 years, The earliest paperwork that was found was 1960 with his name on the roster but he had advised it was earlier than that that he joined. Mr. Jones left this world for a better place in 2013 and we will all miss his laugh and assistance,
